Passivo: Investor & deal management platform

Problem

Real estate investment teams often rely on fragmented tools, including spreadsheets, email, and manual tracking, to manage investors, deals, and documents. This creates poor visibility across deals, manual errors in investor data, slow operational workflows, and no clear audit trail. As deal volume grows, these systems break down quickly.

What we built

We designed and built a centralized platform to manage investor profiles and relationships, active deals and lifecycle stages, document uploads and tracking, and activity visibility across operations. The system includes a clean admin dashboard for real-time oversight, structured data models for investors and deals, activity tracking for auditability, and role-based workflows for updates. Everything is designed for clarity, speed, and maintainability.

Why it worked

Instead of layering disconnected tools, we established a single system of record where structured data replaced spreadsheet drift. Clear workflows reduced operational friction, activity logs made change history visible, and a centralized interface improved coordination across teams. The result was not only broader functionality, but more reliable operations as volume increased.
