AgentPay: AI payment operations platform

Problem

Finance and operations teams juggle treasury, payroll, invoicing, and vendor payouts across disconnected tools and manual handoffs. Payment routing decisions are slow, exceptions pile up in inboxes, and leaders lack a unified view of what is moving, what failed, and why. Adding automation without guardrails increases risk — especially when multiple payment rails and providers are involved.

Approach

Defined agent boundaries by workflow type first, then built the dashboard, transaction pipeline, and recommendation layer so operators could trust what the system was doing before expanding autonomy.

Solution

We built AgentPay as a centralized operations dashboard with role-specific AI agents for treasury, payroll, invoicing, vendor payments, risk, compliance, and subscriptions. The platform includes workflow orchestration, live transaction feeds across ACH, wire, SEPA, and stablecoin rails, agent performance tracking, and AI-generated recommendations for routing and cost optimization. Operators can run workflows, create and monitor agents, and drill into settlement status without switching systems.
